Irl Dixon has been awarded the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation (CSP) by the National Association of Home Builders.

He has over 10 years experience as one of the top selling REALTORS® in Gaston County.  On a local level, he has won several awards at Prudential Carolinas Realty as their top new project listing leader, top listing agent and top sales agent.  On a national level, he is a four time winner of Prudential's Leading Edge Society award and a past winner of the prestigious President's Circle Award.

Irl is also very active in the Gaston County community.  He was elected to the Belmont City Council in 1999 and is a past member of the Belmont Planning & Zoning Board and the highway 74/321 By Pass Committee. He is also Belmont's Representative to both the Centralina Council of Governments and the Transportation Advisory Committee.  Irl has been a member of the Belmont Rotary Club since 1989.
